Registering with us means that you will fill out an application about your character, complete it correctly, and post it. One of the respected admin will then evaluate it, and hopefully your application will be accepted and moved to the Little Black Book. We ask that you -- in the spirit of keeping our admin sane -- only post your application in the 'completed' sub-board if it is completely finished. This way we can be sure not to cause any confusion or controversy, and you'll sail smoothly into our site. All posted incomplete apps that haven't been modified within a week will be removed.}
